The new 2-stage composting bin came online on Earth Day 2010....how cool is that ! The bins were created by reclaiming the old brick enclosure where our trash cans used to be....they're fillin' up fast with Jeanes daily garden clippings, petunia dead heads, and the kitchen scraps....Every garden needs a compost bin.

The pomegranate tree on the side yard is in full blossom right now....the red-orange flowers are soooo beautiful... wait till the fruit comes good!
